Pastor John Conley is a native Washingtonian who grew up in Tacoma, WA. In his early years, as a small child, he attended church each Sunday with his family. Although church attendance was a family norm, he strayed away from the church once Pastor Conley reached his early teenage years. Yet, thanks be unto God for his drawing grace that at 22, Pastor Conley had an experience with God that caused him to rededicate his life back to Jesus, and he has been running ever since! 

At the age of twenty-five, he was called into ministry and has consistently served the church in many capacities, including Leadership Team Director, Treasurer, District Financial Secretary, Outreach and Evangelism Director, Community Development Director, Clergy Department Director, and the list goes on. He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University and a Master's in Divinity from Faith International University.

He currently works as a Regional Transitions Coordinator for the State of Washington. He serves youth and young adults who were in the Juvenile correctional facilities but are now on parole and need support to navigate through life.

He's also a family man who loves his family and enjoys spending most of his free time with Latisha, his wife of twenty-five years, their six children, and their granddaughter.

Lady Latisha is the wife of Pastor John Conley, the parents of six wonderful children, and has been blessed with the joyful experience of being grandparents; she takes immense pride in her role as a loving nanna. Lady Latisha carries an unwavering passion for providing support and guidance not only to women but also to young people who need a helping hand.
Being a lifelong resident of Washington, she has been an active part of the community. Her love for her city and its inhabitants is evident in the multitude of roles she undertakes to create a positive impact.

Latisha has served as the Director of the Youth Department, the Director of Vacation Bible School, and in a Saturday van ministry. She has organized programs and events aimed at the younger generation to instill spiritual values. She has developed engaging activities that foster personal growth and unity and educate youngsters about God's love and wisdom.
At the core of all she does, Latisha is committed to building lives upon a solid relationship with Jesus Christ. She believes in the transformational power of faith in Jesus and nurtures this belief in others so they, too, can grow strong in their faith journey. Her desire is to ensure that each individual she interacts with feels understood, valued, and emboldened to walk in the light of God's love. Her life surrounded by her faith, family, and community is a testament to the incredible spirit of love and service to others.
